One Hundred Class of 2020 Legends FC athletes off to college soccer

Legends FC, a premier soccer club in Southern California that features girls and boys U9 – U19, has announced that 100 students athletes from class of 2020 will be going on to play college soccer this upcoming Fall. Legends FC is a club that comprised of several regions throughout Southern California, which include Academy (ECNL, GA, DPL), North, South, East, West, SGV and SFV. The organization has put in place a comprehensive development and training curriculum that is adhered to by each region and provides an excellent framework for preparing its players for the next level, and this approach has prepared alums for successful college careers as witnessed by the over 200 former Legends players that will be part of the Fall 2020 season opening rosters.

Last year, Legends FC placed 72 boys and girls players in college programs, and that number is exceeded by the Class of 2020 which includes 100 boys and girls from their collective program.   The 2020 commitments come from 10 different teams within the club, of which there were eight teams that enjoyed more than 7 commitments. The 2020 class features D1 commitments to schools such as USC, Texas A&M, Arizona, Oregon State, Pepperdine and many others. There are also numerous commitments to top D2, D3, NAIA and JC programs throughout the country. In total, the 2020 class will be attending 67 different schools that are located in 24 states across the nation.
