Get ahead of the game with the San Diego Crusaders Soccer Summer Camps! The Crusaders are offering two distinct camps to the youth of San Diego this August. Both camps will be held at Pershing Middle School located at 8204 San Carlos Dr., San Diego, CA 92119-2636 and led by Coach Victor Melendez, Southern California’s premier goalkeeping coach. Coach Victor Melendez just finished up in the Indoor World Cup playing for Mexico, his experience and knowledge will be available to all players attending the camp!
Cal Coast Soccer and San Diego Goalkeeping Institute’s Goalkeeping Camp
This one day camp will teach young goalkeepers the skills they need to excel in their position or encourage kids to become a goalkeeper, an essential player to a team. This camp will be held on August 21, 2015 from 8:30am-11am. Registration is $30 and includes a t-shirt. A discount of $5 is awarded to those who sign up before August 1st. Cal Coast Soccer Recreational Camp
This two day camp is for girls and boys youth ages 6-15. Every player will learn basic goalkeeping skills from premier coach Victor Melendez, as well as field tactics and techniques from other CSC Competitive Coaches. Cal Coast Rec camp will be held August 4th to 6th from 8:30am-11am. Cost of this camp is $80 and includes a t-shirt on the first day. Register here!
Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen to the camp, more than likely it will be HOT outside. Be sure to bring your own equipment: a soccer ball, cleats and shin guards.
