Adidas has officially released Manchester United’s new away kit for the 2015/2016 campaign ahead of its first away match of the season. The away uniform will make its debut in the Premier League’s first ever Friday night fixture on August 14th versus Aston Villa.

The Red Devils are coming off a win versus Tottenham at Old Trafford and will be striving to rally into a second successful week of the Premier League.

The body of the new jersey by adidas is white that is covered with the Chevrolet logo across the shirt along with the Red Devil logo on the left chest.

The uniform consists of a red V-neck collar and three matching colored stripes down the sleeves of the jersey. The uniform is completed with black shorts and white socks along with a graphic on the hem of the jersey to commemorate the uniform that was worn by now assistant manager Ryan Giggs during his debut season.

The kit draws inspiration from classic Manchester United away shirts, including the iconic three-stripe kits from the 1980s as well as shirts worn by the classic Busby teams of the 1960s.

The uniform combines these classic looks from the past with the advanced performance technology developed by adidas. The German brand has collaborated again with the English giants who will be looking to fulfill their own high expectations of dominating the Premier League once again.

Manchester United is returning to Champions League this season with the new kits being apart of the “Breaking Expectations” campaign that highlights the club’s quest for consistent success in the upcoming 2015/2016 season.

Stay tuned as the Red Devils take on Aston Villa this Friday, which will surely be a thriller to the start of a busy weekend in the Premier League.
