Camp Defense will focus on the fine techniques of defending one-on-one, defending 2 v 1 pressure cover and learning to play a zonal defense. Pressure – cover – balance.

Camp Defense Registration Form
STRIKERS will be trained to finish from a variety of situations. Technical emphasis is on striking the ball correctly for power & placement: Shooting with both feet, long and short-range, headers, volleys and more.
GOALKEEPERS will be trained to stop shots, handling, footwork, crosses, punting, diving and more. Both the goalkeepers and the strikers will test their skills in controlled small-sided games and scrimmages. There will be a strong emphasis on many repetitions that develop the technique needed to excel.
