On Tuesday February 19th, Liverpool and Bayern Munich faced off for the first leg of their Champions League knock-out round. Five thousand miles from Anfield, Kwik Goal and Soccerloco came together in Del Mar to host a viewing party for local soccer clubs and coaches.

Kwik Goal reenforces commitment to American soccer

Kwik Goal has long been recognized as a manufacturer of top-quality soccer equipment used by world-class clubs and national organizations. A few of their consumer-level products are available in soccer-specific retailers like Soccerloco, but most of their products are not available at retail stores. At the viewing party, Kwik Goal representative Jesse Mendoza discussed soccer with coaches, directors, and executives from many of San Diego’s top youth and pro soccer organizations. A display area was set up to show off some of Kwik Goal’s more popular and innovative products, all of which were very well reviewed by the soccer experts in attendance.

Although the Champions League match was action-packed from box to box, neither Liverpool nor Bayern Munich could find the back of the net. The world will anxiously wait for Leg 2, where one of the world’s top clubs will exit the Champions League and the other will move on to the quarterfinals. But in the meantime, San Diego soccer professionals have a vast new knowledge of Kwik Goal’s commitment to soccer excellence.
