The #1 College Soccer Showcase in the USA arrives in San Diego just on the heels of Comic-con. The soccerloco Surf Cup, or as it is widely known, the “Best of The Best” tournament will bring over 600 teams from around the world to the San Diego area. Any soccer player privileged enough to be invited to this tournament is in for the top soccer experience a kid who dreams of becoming a soccer playing student athlete can have.
Over 300 college coaches from almost every state converge on the Del Mar Polo Fields for the boys event and the Oceanside Soccer Complex where the girls play from July 30th thru August 1st to look for potential soccer players who will fit into their program and school over the next 3 to 4 years. This year soccerloco Surf Cup is adding for the first time, in conjunction with iSoccerPath and College Soccer Panels, four on-field College Coach’s Education Panels during the tournament.
College coaches will come right from scouting to host 1 hour seminars where they reveal the recipe for the “secret sauce” on how to optimize your individual recruiting brand to cultivate the most exposure and attract potential offers to play collegiate soccer.
Top D1, D2, D3, and NAIA coaches will be on an exclusive panel to help you learn the latest recruiting rules and how to maximize yourself as a player in order to secure a soccer spot in college. Girls sessions will be at Oceanside at 10:30 and 2:30 on Saturday and Boys sessions will be at the Polo Fields at 9:30 and 12:30 on Sunday. $25 for parents and coaches/guests and only $15 for soccerloco Surf Cup registered players.
The session will be 1 hour in length and each attendee will receive a $10 discount card to be used in the soccerloco Nike Tent after the event.
