The California Clasico between MLS giants La Galaxy (3rd in the west) and the San Jose Quakes (7th in the west) will kick off tomorrow night at the StubHub Center in Carson, CA.  Steven Gerrard has been training with the club and told reporters he anticipates to start in the derby. The Galaxy’s schedule right now is quite hectic with the ammount of games they’ve had to play in such a short amount of time. However, they feel confident they can handle each match as it comes and focus on the win at hand. Last time they met the Quakes won 3-1 but with the help of added reinforcements for the Galaxy, they look to come away with a win. After the Quakes, The Galaxy will take on FC Barcelona on Tuesday in he International Champions Cup tournament.
