The 02’ Girls went to the Forest Cup in San Diego and were determined to come back with some silverware. After finishing the group stage undefeated, the final came down to penalty kicks. It sure was a nail biter as the Blackhawks went down one but they finished it in emphatic fashion after scoring four straight to take the win 4-2.
