With adidas officially releasing the new 2015-2016 away kits for AC Milan, the new uniforms took the pitch for the first time against home stadium rival, Inter Milan.

Both Italian clubs are currently on their preseason tour for the International Champions Cup in China and faced off against each other over the weekend that saw AC Milan win the match.

The new away jersey features a V-neck collar with a red striped pattern across the chest that is consistent with the recent styles of the club and its new Rossoneri headquarter, Casa Milan. The classic Fly Emirates sponsor is logically included over this red pattern.

The shorts are white with three grey stripes along the side, with the Milan logo on the front and adidas logo on the back of the shorts. The kit is completed with white socks that give the kit that flashy look that truly represents the fashion-based city of Milan.

This authentic uniform includes adidas’ adizero technology that allows for players to be more comfortable and quicker while they play. The jersey is made with a lightweight fabric that provides breathability while wearing the jersey and allows for greater freedom and comfort without diminishing flexibility.

The Milan club and Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic will be visiting the adidas Football Base today in Shanghai, which will see local and international media present as well as hundreds of fans, influencers and freestyle footballers. Many activities will be taking place at the event with a 2v2 tournament set up in the base for the Rossoneri players.

AC Milan will look to conclude its China tour on a high note against Real Madrid on Thursday and will do so in preparation for bringing glory back to the San Siro this upcoming season.
