Coach Brian Boswell’s girls dominated the GU15 Presidents division with seven wins and a tie to secure the championship title. Fram CQ put in the effort and hard work, receiving the title reward they deserved. The Fram CQ offense tallied 20 goals while the defense captured three shutouts and allowed only five goals in the eight-game stretch. |

Medrano got the ball rolling for her Rialto Fire G95, scoring the first of the Fire’s 21 goal total, which led them to the championship title of the GU14 Governors division. Alvarez is one of the Fire’s top defenders of a staunch defense that allowed only two goals in the seven-game stretch. Alvarez even scored a game-winning goal in the tournament. |

All three boys played a part in helping the AVSV Ambush ensnare the competition to collect the title of the BU14 Presidents division. Ramirez played an outstanding job on defense as he switched positions for the tournament from midfield to sweeper. Ramirez is a leader on the team who makes a strong impact on his teammates. Flores was a key forward throughout the tournament, contributing many goals to the team’s 39 goal total. Tenas is another forward who played a significant role in the State Cup, completing his first season with team with a State championship trophy. |

Cervantes demonstrates exceptional leadership as Capo FC's team captain, leading his team to the BU16 Governors division. His center mid talent and skills make him a valuable asset to the team. Ornelas and Velasquez display excellent team work and performance. Both are valuable players who have enthusiasm to lift the team morale when the going gets tough. |

Offense wins games but its defense that wins championships. That statement rings true for coach Ramon Reid's Slammers FC GU19 team that clinched the GU19 Presidents division with a 1-0 win over the Nomads in the finals. Mabie, who is the Slammers team captain, and Jern, the team goalkeeper, played a significant part on the backline, which allowed only three goals and secured three shutouts. Mabie will be attending Barry University in the fall while Jern, a junior, just committed to UC Davis. |

City SC BU14

Coach Kellet Lascaris' boys worked extremely hard to make their way to the finals of the BU14 Governors bracket. The boys lost by a mere goal in the finals to FC Golden State but Lascaris was proud of them just the same. The City SC team maintained a perfect record up to the finals, outscoring the competition 22-5 and collecting four shutouts. |

All three guys were influential in the success of the FC Golden State BU14 winning the BU14 Governors bracket. Golden State held a golden record, scoring 44 goals and conceding only five in the seven-game stretch. |
