Xolos USA Academy Opens Invitation to Enthusiastic Coaches to Join our Club

Xolos USA Academy in Chula Vista& Temecula California, the associated youth soccer school of Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuitles de Caliente (Liga MX Champions) is seeking to expand its coaching staff for the 2013 season. Coaching opportunities in the U6 through U19 age brackets for boys and girls are available.

Anticipated coaching commitment will require selected candidates to coach/train 2 to 3 times per week with periodic games and tournaments on the weekends. Minimum requirements include; (i) USSF E License and above or equivalent experience, (ii) acceptable physical condition to instruct on the field, (iii) 2 years of minimum soccer youth coaching experience, and (iv) excellent disposition to work and mentor youth players. Physical education, teaching credentials, psychology, child development, or personal trainer or equivalent degrees or certifications a plus.
