Soccer Training:  Regular Season Is Over, Time For Pro Select

How do soccer players stay in prime shape after Presidio League finishes?  This critical time before State Cup can be a great opportunity to for skill development and training.

Presidio League's regular season is over, and teams will begin preparing for upcoming tournaments, State Cup, National Cup, and next season's tryouts.  The school year's winter break is the perfect opportunity for individual players to focus on individual skill training and improvement, especially for players who desire to reach the next level in their soccer career.

Pro Select Soccer Academy in San Diego is offering two intense, high-level, and  aggressive training camps for competitive soccer players over the Winter break.  The camps will be Dec 20-22 and Dec 27-29.  All sessions are 9am-noon at Robb Field in San Diego.

Top-level players from across Southern California and the Southwest come to Pro Select every winter to hone their skills under the expert guidance of Pro Select's professional coaching staff.

Pro Select's technical director explains, "Our Winter training camps are especially competitive and high-level, since so many AAA and Premier players come from across the region to perfect their individual skills now that their regular season has ended and a big tournament season is about to begin.  Our Pro Select players have gone on to US National teams, ODP, English Premier League, and NCAA soccer programs.  Also, every year an elite group of Pro Select players are identified to participate in our Pro Select International Program in Brazil."

Players who will be attending club tryouts early next year especially need to hone their individual ball skills and 1v1 tactics to impress coaches and directors on the tryout field.  Pro Select Winter Training Camps are the perfect opportunity to improve a player's individual skills that are so vital during tryouts.

Every Pro Select instructor holds a U.S. Soccer coaching license, and the instructor-to-student ratio is kept low at every training camp to ensure individual attention and instruction.  Due to the low instructor-to-student ratio and high demand, Winter Training Camp slots fill up quickly, so early sign-up is highly recommended.

The cost for one 3-day Winter Training Camp is only $80, and any player who signs up for both Winter Training Camps will receive a free Puma soccer ball.
