San Diego Soccer Tournament: Pegasus Cup
The 13th annual San Diego Pegasus Cup started on June 26,27, 28, for the U8 to U13 age groups and continues on July 3, 4, 5, for the older age groups.

Pegasus Cup, a youth soccer tournament in San Diego attracting teams from as far as Canada and Hawaii, is a great tournament
managed by STS, Soccer Tournament Specialists.
Youth soccer teams, from all across the North America, including Canada and Hawaii will be participating in this competition. This is a class I tournament, open to USYSA, US Club Soccer, Super Y League, AYSO and FIFA affiliated teams.
Pegasus Cup has grown from 78 teams in their first Pegasus Cup held in 1998 to more than 400 plus teams for 2010. Pegasus Cup is now one of the largest youth soccer tournaments in the country.
More than just a soccer tournament for competitive teams, the Pegasus Cup offers fun for the whole family. There is a “Village” at the Miramar College/Hourglass Fields (June 26-28) and Hickman Fields (July 3-5), filled with games, bounce houses and special events.
The "Village" is a great option for food and relaxation without leaving the soccer field. Families can go and enjoy a
bite to eat, a cappuccino or just relax and watch the FIFA World Cup on large flat screens in large tented areas. If you want to ship for a World Cup ball or national team jersey, SoccerFanatic offers a broad selection of items and sizes.
You can test your skills in the human foosball, climb the giant mountain, shoot some hoops, challenge someone in a game of head tennis or put your best 3v3 team to test or play War of the Keepers. New this year, there are fee Interactive Seminars on Safety, Nutrition, Injury treatment and prevention, College Recruitment Tips, Fundraising, and Coaches Clinics.
On Saturday night July 3rd, is the annual Pegasus Cup Dance, open to ages 14 and up, from 7 PM to 10 PM.
