CARSON, Calif. – Whether it has been LA Galaxy duty or a physical ailment standing in the way, Landon Donovan has not had much activity with the US national team under Jurgen Klinsmann.

But that's all about to change.

The Galaxy captain took off for the national team camp after Saturday’s SuperClásico as the Nats begin to gear up for World Cup qualifying, but he's got his work cut out for him for the first time in a long time on the international stage.

CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy captain Landon Donovan has been added to the U.S. National Team roster for their training camp that is currently being held in Orlando, Fla. The all-time leading goal scorer for the U.S., Donovan flew to Florida today to join up with the first 16 players that opened camp last week.

CARSON, Calif. – In the lean years as well as the triumphant ones, the LA Galaxy had dominated rivals Chivas USA.

Not even that small joy is going the Galaxy’s way this season.

In the spirit of the SuperClasico rivalry, Galaxy and Chivas staff & supporters faced off in three very heated matches on Thursday night at The Home Depot Center. While Chivas took home the win in the staff game, Galaxy supporters shut out their opponents in both supporter matches. Riot Squad defeated Black Army 4-0 in their inaugural match and Angel City Brigade took home a 1-0 win in the third and final match of the night.

CARSON, Calif. – Jose Erik Correa scored the lone goal as Chivas USA snapped a six-game losing streak against their across-the-hall rivals the LA Galaxy. It was their first SuperClásico victory in five years and their first home win in 2012.

The Rojiblancos struck in the 71st minute of play when Correa scored his second goal in two matches from the penalty spot after David Junior Lopes saw red for using his hand to block a shot on the line.

The rivalry between the LA Galaxy and Chivas USA has been a heated one since the two teams first met in 2005. Here's the top ten moments brought to you by their biggest supporters.
