The So Cal Infinity '99 Blue GU10 finished 2nd in their soccer bracket at Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup 2010.

Infinity won its first game against Real So Cal Blue 3- 1. Also, their second challenge of the day found them on top of a 2 – 0 score against Arsenal Futbol Club

Infinity opened up the day with a high noon showdown against Real So Cal Blue. In the 2nd minute of play, Infinity struck first with Madison Kline passing the ball to a speedy Mia Richardson who walked in the ball for a score giving Infinity the early lead 1 – 0.
 
After the early goal, both teams hunkered down into a defensive battle with Infinity's keeper, Kelly Smith, leading the charge. Things got heated up in the final minutes of the half. At the 22ndminute of play, Real So Cal moved the ball quickly creating a scoring opportunity which they capitalized on tying up the game at 1 – 1.  

In the final minute of the half, Infinity's Maricarmen Reyes took a corner on the left side of the Real area. The well placed ball found a hungry Isabel Dehakiz who buried the ball for a goal giving her team the lead of 2 – 1 going into the halftime break.
 
The 9th minute of the second half once again saw Reyes serving up a ball this time to Ava Gomez who struck the ball with her left foot which sailed high over the Real keeper's reach giving Infinity the lead and final score of 3 – 1.   

Other Infinity players with shots on goal in the match were Madison Kline, Michael Guptill, Camille McDonnell, Maricarmen Reyes, and Abi Bivens.

The second match proved to be pivotal for the tournament. Arsenal needed to win in order to advance to the final. However, Infinity would not simply let them win. They had to earn it. With the Sun starting its descent in the early evening sky, Infinity was determined to play spoiler.
 
In the 2nd minute of the opening minutes, Infinity's Maricarmen Reyes took a direct free kick on the right half of the Arsenal side and found Ava Gomez on the left side who guided in the ball giving her team the early 1 – 0 lead.
 
Arsenal redoubled their efforts and continued a relentless attack thwarted by the superb play of Infinity's keeper, Kelly Smith. The half ended with Infinity in control 1 – 0.
 
The second half continued with the same physicality of the first. Every inch of the pitch was fought for and earned. Neither team giving any ground willingly. It was not until the 20th minute of the second half that saw another goal. This time Infinity's Mia Richardson passed to teammate Madison Kline who put the final nail in the coffin with a perfectly struck ball from the right extending the Infinity lead to 2 – 0 with time running out.
 
The final result was 2 – 0 in favor of Infinity with Arsenal's loss propelling United Futbol Club Black into the finals and giving Infinity Blue a 2nd place finish in their bracket. Infinity players with shots on goal during the match were Mia Richardon, Maricarmen Reyes, and Daniela Moran.
