The So Cal Infinity GU10 Blue team battled the Laguna Hills GU10 White to a scoreless tie in final match of the Spring 2010 Coast Soccer League on April 27.

The heat of the afternoon spilled out on the soccer field as both teams readied themselves for what would prove to be an excellent match. Infinity took early control of the ball moving it deftly around from teammate to teammate trying to find a seam in the Laguna Hills' defense. However, the Laguna Hill's keeper kept all shots at bay not allowing a single goal in the half. Infinity players with unrealized shots-on-goal were Ava Gomez, Camille McDonnell, Maricarmen Reyes, Isabel Dehakiz, Madison Kline and Mia Richardson.

The second half started with both teams hoping to break the deadlock. The Infinity ball control continued to dominate the match as possession rested with them primarily again in the second half. The Infinity defense was equally dominate just allowing two shots in the second half. However, the Infinity attack could not penetrate the plane of the goal. In the second half, Infinity players with shots-on-goal were McDonnell, Richardson, Gomez, Michael Guptill, Claire Murray and Isabel Dehakiz. The game ended as it began with a perfect sheet for both keepers.

The match proved an excellent preparation for the opening pool play of Spring Cup on the 1st of May for Infinity Blue.
