What's new in Southern California Adult soccer? So Cal Premier welcomes Chivas USA in the new U23 league. Chivas joins over 8 teams that have decided to play at the highest level this summer. "Chivas USA is happy to complete our Youth Development system with the addition of a U23 team. We are looking forward to play in the SoCal Premier U23 League and some good competition."
